What about fascia?

Myofascia is a connective tissue that surrounds our muscles, like a thin membrane which covers each segment of an orange. That is where the tightness occurs in the first place, not in  the muscle tissue itself.

I'll introduce you to self-massaging techniques that will help to reduce stiffness, aches and pains, improve flexibility, joint range of motion, and even balance. Added bonus - the mind becomes more relaxed and happier as well!
