Do you crave a thick pumpkin soup or a rich hot stew during summer? No? That's because all four seasons call for specific foods.

Unlike restrictive diets, seasonal way of eating can be a great guidance for everyone.

On a wooden tray and table, there’s a wholesome spread: a dish of mashed potatoes with dill, sautéed green beans and carrots in parchment, a jug of sauce, and a mini raspberry-topped cake beside an ornately patterned napkin, all suggesting a carefully prepared, inviting meal.
